InstallAware X16 miabuild.exe not allowed to run on latest Windows 10 Security update

Anyone else seeing an issue with the miabuild.exe running on a Windows 10 Enterprise PC after the installation of the 2023-12 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5033372)?

I get this message now:

I ended up uninstalling X16, rebooting and reinstalling. Seemed to fix the issue.

Not sure what the Windows update did, but my system apparently didn't like it. Oh Well.
