Running a single instance of the installer.

Hi,
My requirement is that at a given instance there should be only one instance of the installer running. If someone by mistake double clicks on the same installer EXE it should be stopped there. I tried by checking with “Check for process “. But the problem is that it will return value for the first time also when there are only one instance running. So that didn’t work here. Any other idea/work around for this?
