The file there, is the Web Updates wrapper. If you don't want this file to be there, you we'll have to disable Web Updates.

I already have my installation translated to Greek (i'm from Greece anyway) and i never had a problem. Maybe your missing something? Like encoding on your dialogs labels?

Is Sql Browser and Sql Agents and Sql Writer services running on Sql Server 2005 machine? Are remote connections allowed?

There is no issue with the SQL server plugin. You're probably doing something wrong.

If you use Run Program As instead of Run Program to execute your file after installation finishes, you'll see the Working Directory textbox along with some others.

Most of the times applications won't get launched because they need certain variables set first, like Working Directory and stuff like that. Use Run Program As and set Working Directory and Environment variables. Make some tests with that and you'll get it run for sure. Specially the Working Directo...
