1. Yes, please use the recently generated license and apply it to InstallAware 12.
2. No need to re-generate on each computer, you may apply it to another computer.

Matt, You can simply deselect the upgrade through the software without much hassle. When you have a windows update, and you are not installing it, it will keep 'nudging' you until you will deselect it. Same way as Adobe, Apple and other softwares. Please deselect this upgrade and you will not be 'Na...

I am sorry if you find this misleading in anyway. This is how our update system works, it catches your current version name and offers you an upgrade, and adds what kind of upgrade it is.
