The setup.exe is stored located inside the IE7 cache folder. I am using FileMon tool to diagnose this problem... Will post her...

Cannot create temporary folder for extracting installation
Usually my Vista's UAC settings are on by default. I have found that the Setup.exe that generated by InstallAware is unable to perform installation after Vista UAC is off. The error is: InstallAware Wizard Cannot create temporary folder for extracting installation [Ok] Any helps Thanks in advance.

InstallAware 7 and 8 co-exist?
I have already purchased and installed InstallAware 7.
Can I install InstallAware 8 (trial) on the same build machine?
Will they run without interfere each other?

Hi Aaron, The Studio or Studio Admin editions do allow you to install the command line build engine on additional machines without requiring additional licenses. The Developer edition however does not; you'll need to order a floating license, or if you want to do simultaneous builds, multiple full ...

Re: license works on GUI, not command line
I am very sure that I double clicked on the .exe properly to run it. As the GUI interface does not pop up the notice, I don't believe there is anything else I can do to implement the license for the command line portion of Installaware, is there? I'm thinking that the GUI just fires the command lin...

Live Support
I noticed that there's a Live Support icon on the navigation bar of the website.
Is anyone can use or only purchased users can use?
What is the scope of the support? Pre-sales only or post-installation?
